Good news for all Scrapbookers, Croppers and Scrapbook enthusiasts! This website is your very own place to post and locate different scrapbooking events. Scrapbook Crops is intended to serve you. You are welcome and invited to place your announcements and invitations for these awaited events.
Do you know that the scrapbook industry is thriving with over $2.5 billion in sales just for one year? Approximately 25% of American households have scrapbooks. The average amount spent per enthusiast for their scrapbooks is about $100 annually. Dedicated scrapbookers are spending more than $50 a month for their supplies.
Scrapbook Events serve as the modern day equivalent of the traditional Quilting Bee where your grandmothers bonded with friends, talked and sang songs while their hands were busy creating beautiful and artistically-designed quilts for their families. This website is also serving to spread the word about scrapbook crops and is a free service designed for members to post and locate scrapbook events at no charge. The retreat is March 30-31 from 1pm on Friday till Saturday at 9pm Harmony Heart Camp in Scott Twp. It is $110 for 3 meals/overnight. This year’s Winter Wonderland Getaway is shaping up to be even more spectacular than last year! We loved taking all the feedback that was provided after last year’s event and made some changes to make this year’s event that much better. We know that you will be pleased! Again this year we have a large and spacious crop space and the food will be delicious and plentiful! The cropping begins on Friday at 1:00pm and the fun doesn’t end until Sunday at 4:00pm.  That gives you 51 hours of uninterrupted cropping time! As you’ve come to expect, the welcome bags will be overflowing with goodies and there will be endless amounts of giveaways and raffles. We currently have our teachers and designers creating projects for the classes, demos, and make and takes that will be offered during the weekend.
