Heavenly Scrapbooking Retreats is excited to once again be teaming up with Almost Heaven Scrapbooking for our 2^nd Annual Spring Fling 2011 all inclusive Scrapbooking weekend retreat! Be sure to get your registration in as soon as possible, because spaces are limited. (Anyone who registers by January 15, 2011 will receive an entry into a special raffle drawing!!)

Please join us for a weekend get away full of food, fun and prizes! While you are there you can also take some time to shop our vendors or work in a massage from our massage therapist that will be available for those needing a little extra relaxation.

We will be holding our retreat at the Days Hotel / Flatwoods Conference Center, Flatwoods WV. The Days Hotel Flatwoods is a “5 Sunburst” Chairman’s award for excellence hotel and was recently recognized and awarded by Wyndham Worldwide – Days Inn Corporate as the cleanest property in the world! During any down time you can take a break from scrapping to rest in your spacious and comfortable room or take advantage of access to an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility and free wireless internet. Or spend some time at the nearby Flatwoods Factory outlet centers.

As always, we will offer plenty of cropping space with each person having their own 6 ft table to crop at! Cropping space will be assigned and we will attempt to place groups of people close to each other as requested on their registration forms. Cropping will be available around the clock (for you late nighters!) with the doors being locked when the last person leaves so you don’t have to worry about your valuable scrapping supplies inside while you sleep and rest up for the next day! Each person will receive a goody bag upon arrival and we will be doing LOTS of door prize drawings through out the weekend. In order to keep your energy up as you crop, we’ll be providing 2 continental breakfasts, 3 yummy snack breaks and a scrumptious dinner on Saturday evening. Lunch on Saturday will be on your own with several local restaurants to choose from such as: Visions Restaurant, Mad Annies Tavern (on property), Arby’s, Café Cimino, China Buffet, KFC, McDonalds, Shoney’s, Subway, Taco Bell, Waffle Hut and Wendy’s.

Our packages are priced to offer the option of 1, 2, 3 or 4 people per room and you designate on your registration whom you will be sharing a room with. We also offer a local package for those living close enough to commute to the event. Children ages 13 and up are permitted as a fully paid attendee as long as accompanied by a fully paid adult attendee.

Watch for further details to come: class information, vendor information and other fun things being planned. We always have a great time at our all inclusive 12 hour crops and weekend getaways and are really excited for our 2^nd Annual Spring Fling! We hope to see all of you there!
