Chix Retreat March 16-18, 2012 Mineral Wells, WV
The next Cheeky Chix Retreat Weekend will be at the Comfort Suites in Mineral Wells, WV March 16-18, 2012. It is located right off of I-77 and very easy to find.
Our package for Friday to Saturday is $135 and includes crop room space from Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday at 3:00 pm, a Cheeky Chix
t shirt, a mug, prizes, some new items for your scrap stash upon arrival, a Cheeky Chix layout of your choice from our booth, Friday night pizza party,
lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, water and snacks will be provided. The Comfort Suites has a nice breakfast for those staying at the hotel.
The hotel will hold 10 rooms at the rate of $82 a night until February 16, 2012. After that point, the rate will return to their normal room rates ($104+ a night). Please let them know you are booking under the 3 Cheeky Chix and they will give you the rate. Reserve early to get the best rate!
The amount of deposit with registration is $75. We recognize the economy is not the greatest right now and appreciate your business. It is not a problem for us to take smaller,
more frequent payments until your deposit or weekend is paid for. Just register online or by mail and send us an email or write on the form so we know.
With the holidays around the corner, we thought we’d let you know we are happy to send your hubby, mom, kids, etc. an email hinting that you would love to have a weekend away with the Chix for Christmas! We can print a certificate and send it for your significant other.
If you have any scrapbook friends on your shopping list, we are happy to print gift certificates and mail them out for you!

Annual My Favorite Things Crop!

This is a great resort, to bring the family while you crop. They have
activities for both the men and children in your life! They even have Karokie on
Friday nights for you sing-along-people! Plus depending on the weather, they may
even have some “snow” like activities. If it is nice enough we even have a golf

QUEEN OF THE CROP – The cropper who registers the MOST
friends to Croppers Delight Weekend will be crowned QUEEN OF THE CROP!
She will receive a special gift basket filled with fantastic scrapping supplies.
She will also be the first on line for food with her friends. She will also
receive a Croppers Delight “Queen of the Crop” Crown. We will be doing a
special charity Raffle price of tickets will be annouced at the crop. The queen
will get to donate the proceeds to her favorite charity!
My Favorite Things:
Croppers Delight is bringing back our “Oprah take” on
our first Favorite things! Our first event last MarchT was such a success that
we are brinigng it back! The girls walked away with $100′s of dollars worth of
goodies, and lots and lots of laughs!
You will walk away with some amazing goodies from this event, and it will be
going on all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will never know what we will
give away! On top of all that, we will have our evening raffles and our LARGE
ticket item as well!
Saturday night Steve will be here hosting the party from 8pm-12, we will have
our GAME SHOW event!

Final payment for the crop will be due by February 28th. This could be paid
either by Check or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by December 1st you will be
issued your deposit back. Otherwise there is no refund policy unless we cancel
the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up
