• Reserved cropping space starting Fri morning at 8:00 a.m. with set-up time on Thurs evening from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.

**Note: the cropping space will be in the smaller of our 2 crop rooms — you may stay in this room for the weekend or move to the larger room Fri at 7:00 p.m. (your choice)   In mid-July, the hotel will notify us if the larger room can be used earlier and if so, you can set up in either room – we will definitely have the smaller room on Thurs p.m. and Fri morning.
